This gum gel is an absolute game changer, from first application I starting feeling the difference, honestly my gum was so swollen that it was clearly noticeable when looking at my face, and I could barely speak or swallow, I put it on the first night and went to sleep with it resting on the affected area, the next morning I couldn’t believe the improvement. I have severe gum problems and by having a very strict cleaning plan helps. But if I have a small beginning of an inflammation I used this product 3x a day after brushing and leave it to work. I don't need to rush to the dentist all the time now. I highly recommend this product.

I used this product for wisdom/gum pain and it did numb the area. Strong taste of cloves. I’m not sure if cloves alone would have done the same job but overall pleased with this.

Used it for toothache great then decided to use natural one after clove oil but did the trick.

One of the worst I have used. Do not buy. I wasted my money. There are other treatments that are better for much less price.

I'm a 50 year old lady who out of nowhere started having SEVERE tooth ache in a bottom wisdom tooth.I couldn't get a dentist appointment for a week and that is just to be x-rayed and decide what treatment is needed then I have to wait another week for treatment. My tooth ache was so bad that I was literally crying in pain (and I have given birth 5 times. Quite frankly I would rather go through that again). Anyway, I read some reviews and thought that I would give this a try. Oh my goodness, this stuff was amazing. I wasn't to hopeful as I am suspecting I have an abscess at the base of the root on my wisdom tooth so thought the problem may be to deep for the gel to get to. I used a generous amount on a clean finger and rubbed it all over the top of the tooth and all around the surrounding gum. I'll be honest, initially I thought this wasn't going to be any good as at first It seemed to intensify the throbbing but after about a few minutes it was as if somebody had flipped the pain switch off.I found this gel AMAZINGLY helpful.I have had a good night sleep for the first time in about 4 days.Will definitely be using this until my dentist can sort this tooth out.

This does work - sort ofIt’s too liquid to put exactly where you want it and, if you do succeed, it disappears very quicklyObviously anything you’re putting in your mouth is tricky, but bonjela does hang around longer and is therefore more effectiveI did finish up dabbing small amounts more regularly and this was ok, but you’re obviously using a lot more

Im 46,riddle with mental health but still have all my own teeth. But those teeth are aging and painfull. The grinding i do throughout the day and mostly at night have cracked a few teeth and because i am on disability its near on impossible to get an appointment. Tooth pain has to be the worst pain ever and my moods depends on my sleep. This has saved me quite a few sleepless nights and therefore kept my mental heath in better shape. Ive been unable to eat at some points or soon as i do eat the pain starts. This will do me until I've saved enough to get my teeth fixed. Bit pricey but soon as the pain goes you dont care.
