Unable to fit the seat. The instructions on the attached leaflet was too difficult to read and understand. I was unable to fit this item due to the screw on one side not working. I since bought a similar item from another shop and it worked very well. Not sure if the particular item was faulty or this whole product is bad design. The design of the seat looks very nice, so was disappointed when it didn't work.

The seat itself is lovely. However have given up keeping it on the toilet fixing fell apart and doesn't stay done up for more than a day or two. Don't buy waste of money and expensive. Thought I'd gone for quality but it is very poor on the fixings and useless

Seat and lid good the fittings are rubbish. The plastic nuts are absolute rubbish when you try to tighten them up they just keep turning and slip the thread. Contacted the vendor who said they would send out replacements aftef several weeks and another e-mail a pack of two plastic nuts arrived and exactly the same rubbish they just keep turning and slipping the thread when the lid is dropped it rips the nuts off of the bolts.I spent £3.50 on a pack of steel and rubber washers and two 6mm threaded wing nuts job done in five minutes.

Looked really nice but was scratched. Got a full refund
