I am a subcontractor and I use this impact driver at numerous jobs. Driver seems to do a good job. The price was good and the driver was exactly as described.

This has been absolutely beneficial to my power tool selection. I’m able to drive concrete screws with ease where my other impact couldn’t. Also I love having the multiple settings to choose from. Makes the job super easy!

The media could not be loaded. I love that you can put many adaptors for bits , screws, sockets, drilling bits. The modes of torques are really strong . I recommend . It’s not heavy and does the job. The battery last along time. It’s easy to maneuver . On this video I was barely pressing it as my car parts are very fragile. But it is really strong.

This works great, the adjustable settings are a big improvement from previous models. It is more powerful than earlier generations, and the collet lock to hold bits is much easier to use (doesn't require 2 hands).The only downside I see is with the light being moved to the bottom of the tool they have removed the magnetic case and bit holder from previous generations (and there were no bits included with the tool).

Bought this as it was a very good deal compared to new at HD.Item arrived fairly quick and looks new but as cited in white box.The "force" select function is fantastic. I set it at 2 or 3 for unscrewing fasteners and at 1 for tightening as the clutch then stops torquing before it can strip a thread. Always use the appropriate size actual click type torque wrench to do final tightening, especially on modern aluminum engine block oil pans.As I standardized on Ryobi 18V in general, it is a perfect addition to the shop.

The listing showed Condition NEW but the tool I received had scratches and scuff marks all over the front housing and had dirt on the handle.

The power this version has over the older ryobi impact is night and day difference. Bc it has more grunt it seems like it actually uses less battery power than my older model. The auto feature is also great for when my wife uses it bc she doesn't have as much control over the trigger as I do and therefore keeps her from rounding off screws or my bits.

Half the price of the UK product, and what a tool. Makes the right noise and has all the power. A lot shorter shaft than my old ryobi, not quite as stubby as the dewalt, but a lot more power. Speed modes are ok, the variable speed trigger is good enough without needing the selection button of 1,2,3,Assist. Assist is alright, but not a great feature, just use vary the trigger with your variable finger; you can’t better that. Full metal impact head is nice and robust.

This one is the second impact driver I buy from Ryobi. Not because the firts has failed, but only because the guy working with me has tried it and found that it was better balanced than his Makita, for a third or a quarter of the price. Yes : 1/4 .And the ''automatic'' function is usefull to unscrew. Very happy of this purchase.
