Will this bottle holder fit a 32 oz Nalgene water bottle?

Just got mine. A 32 oz wide mouth Nalgene fits. The top sticks out but the drawstring snugs up over the curved portion so it should stay in place. It is a snug fit but mine is brand new and if it stretches a tiny bit over time it should get easier to slip it in.

Would this fit a pair of shoes?

Only if they were small - i.e. a pair of flip-flops, basic sport sandals, or ladies flats. Not a pair of man's sneakers. If a pair of shoes fit they would stick out the top.

Will this fit a 32oz or 48oz Nalgene wide mouth bottle?

It fits the Pathfinder 32 oz SS bottle.

Will it fit a Contigo 20 oz double wall stainless steel water bottle?

I have a Kleen Kantine 32 oz bottle in mine and it zips fine. My 20 oz contigo cup fits easily
