Does this pair with Surface Go 2?

I was told that it does NOT pair with surface go 2 but I recommend you to to the microsoft surface Pro website and ask SUPPORT

I haven’t had any issues using both. The only thing to note is that each time I log into my surface pro 4 I have to reset the keyboard. This could totally be my limited knowledge of the functionality. I’m very happy with the support I’ve received from Arteck and would continue purchasing their products. They stand behind what they sell.

Could I use it as a regular Bluetooth keyboard for an android tablet, a chromebook, dex, etc?

Sure. It should work with any device that's Bluetooth keyboard compatible. With that being said, it's flat so it might not be comfortable.

Are the keys back lit? Also, can you use the keyboard as it is charging?

It is not backlit, but you can use it as it charges
