Delicious, maple/bourbon taste
I was a little skeptical about buying a bourbon barrel maple syrup that is so reasonably priced. I paid twice as much for half the bottle size on my last 2 bottles of bourbon maple syrup... the more $$, the better, right?Nope. I was very pleasantly surprised on the nice round smooth maple taste; and the subtle bourbon taste as well. As much as I love bourbon, I prefer a subtle tase of it in my morning syrup. Did not disappoint.We use this on french toast, waffles, etc. I also use it to make my favorite vanilla maple bourbon lattes. Excellent. Will purchase again.

Highly recommend after first order
I'm so impressed with the integrity of this company. They make a wonderful product and replied to a question I posed immediately. I will continue to buy only their syrup (you really must taste it) and share my experience with others. If you do not often review a product, I suggest taking a moment to post for this small company once you buy their syrup. We need more businesses like this one.

Strong-flavored Syrup
I like the dark and robust tasting maple syrup that comes from the first passing, graded B. It seems only Grade A is sold now.Lincoln County Reserve brand is the strongest I’ve found recently and I enjoy it on pancakes, waffles, and in my coffee or tea when I desire a mild sweetener. If I were using it solely for beverages, the milder syrups would suffice but, I primarily use it for pancakes and waffles. The strong flavor in the few drops I put in a cup of coffee gives me the hint of sweetness I desire.I gave it 4 stars because I’ve bought stronger syrups from outdoor vendors.

Really Great Taste; And An Even Better Aroma
I've usually gone with another brand for my Bourbon Flavored Maple Syrup, but I had to change this time around because they were out of stock. And I'm glad of it. First, the bottle for this syrup is sealed nicely and the seal is not a pain to get off. Right away that made me happy because I was hungry and my waffles were done. Then, I opened it and gave it test #1—What did it smell like? I took a whiff and wow. I was actually shocked. You can actually SMELL the Bourbon aroma. It's nice and bold, without being overpowering, with added notes of maple and sweetness. Really Nice. Then, I tasted it and, wow again. Very flavorful. This will now be go-to bourbon maple syrup. A bit more pricier than my previous go-to, but worth the extra pennies. I give it 5-stars. Love it. You will, too.
