Is this too small for my 19 month old?

yes you are right to small for a 19 month. I am not happy with it because I can not figure out how to fold back in bag...I did finally get it in the bag..than took it out and the wires were bent. didn't use it and wish I can return it.

How small does this fold up? Can it fit in a suitcase?

How do you fold it back up to fit it in the storage bag? I tried to follow the instructions included but had no luck.
