Fierce WYRM Gaming PC - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 4.7GHz, RTX 3070 8GB, 16GB 3200MHz, 1TB M.2 Solid state drive, 2TB Hard Drive, Windows 10 Installed (WYRM 1141875)

I bought this PC at the start of 2021 and after a couple months started experiencing crashes to desktop while playing games, with no error messages.I contacted the seller who gave me some steps to follow. I followed to steps and the issue persisted and then they have completely ignored me ever since, leaving me with a 2.7k pc that I can’t play games on. The GPU is still under warranty so all they have to do is send it back to MSI to be repaired or replaced, but it seems to me like they don’t want the hassle.

UPDATE:Just wanted to add to this that the customer support is also fantastic. The GPU died randomly after a few months and support responses were very quick and helpful. The cost of shipping the PC back for repairs was covered and the GPU was replaced for free and I once again have a PC I'm very happy with. If I could add an extra star to the 5 I'd already given I would!----------------------------------------------While the prices are far higher than any pre-built or self-built machine I've ever had before, given the madness with availability and accompanying extortionate prices of parts, this seemed to represent surprisingly good value based on the market. When it arrived a day early, packed impressively well (this genuinely stood out to me), accompanied by a handy bag of extras, and both looking great and running like a dream, it seemed like even better value.Unlike a lot of pre-built machines, there was no skimping on the case or PSU so the machine itself is aesthetically pleasing and I have confidence that the PSU isn't going to damage components down the line.So far, there have been no issues at all and it has eaten up any game I've chucked at it, happily managing 60fps at 4k on max settings almost across the board, and certainly if you bring DLSS into play. It is largely almost silent, certainly quiet enough to not notice against whatever audio you have running, but when it does get to the upper end of temperatures you're going to know about it, but that would be the one small negative and an understandable one given the amount of power here.It was a scary amount of money to drop but the gamble has seemingly payed off and will definitely keep an eye out for Fierce the next time I'm looking for an update.

Bought this high end gaming pc with the 3080ti installed! Just be careful as the GPU installed seems to be a low end card! I got the same performance from my previous 2060 super, I paid the extra money for a decent GPU only to be disappointed once I fired it up!Unfortunately tech support is a little slow and I have little faith I will have an exchange/replacement of the card!!I may have just been unlucky but if you look to order I would try and make sure you find out the brand of card installed!! Mine was a ‘palit gaming pro’

Great mechine, came about 4 days before it said it would and with zero issues i 10/10 would buy from fierce pcs again
