It doesn’t have a strong scent. The very first time I used it I could smell the rosemary lightly but after that I can’t smell anything. It’s a very light light scent if any.

Yes, it moisturizes enough but not too much to exacerbate acne. I have acne issues as well and that was one of my concerns. I actually found that my acne cleared up using these products.
