The first time I ordered this, it arrived packed in an Amazon box with the original box folded inside. It was missing one of the crossbars. This was on a Wednesday and I needed the item for an event on Saturday. Amazon customer service sent a replacement which I received on Friday! This time, everything was packed in the original box with no parts missing. The stand is wobbly, as other reviewers have mentioned, but once the ceramic trays are added, it evens out. Very stable and beautiful. I still can't figure what they intend us to do with the 8 small plastic circles that they provide in a small clear bag. I just placed them on the frames to cushion the trays. Thanks Amazon for a great turnaround, and a happy customer experience.

Very classy and easy to use. Glass material. Can be used for all occasions. Party or family dinner. Easy to clean. I kept the box and storage away in cabinet. Great look I use for many events.

Updating my review and adding a star for great customer service. The seller proactively reached out to address the issue to our satisfaction.These were ok. We bought two and I came close to returning them both. I don’t think they’re worth what we paid for them and we got them on sale. Like some of the other reviews indicated, the stands wobble and don’t sit level. We ended up just using the plates without the stands, which kind of defeats the purpose.

What a piece of junk. I bought it for a baby shower, used it once, and the metal stand broke. Don’t waste your money!
