Great product support. I had a failed heating element and they replace it under warranty in about week. Customer service replies promptly and kept in touch until a replacement arrived.

It does a decent job. I don’t love how there are so many different settings and you ultimately have to guess how long it will take to heat your bottle. It gets the job done but definitely took some time to get used to it.

This was the second Papablic Ultra-Fast Bottle Warmer that I purchased, and all was going well until I hit some sequence of button taps, and it got stuck reading out the temperatures in Celsius. I could not find information on how to switch back, so I contacted their support. They indicated it shouldn't be able to do this and asked for a photo which I sent them. They said that they didn't know how to fix this so they sent me a new product. All is good now, and I appreciate their quick solution. Good support!

We have a newborn and when he’s hungry, he’s hungry. It goes from sweet suckling to screaming until he can’t breathe in about 10 minutes, so having a fast and easy bottle warmer makes all the difference for our sanity. We didn’t originally get a bottle warmer since some of our friends said bottle warmers are a waste of money and they don’t even use theirs. That’s a lie. We ended up using the portable milk warmer we got to warm up his milk anyway, and that got annoying having to clean it out after every use and recharge the battery twice a day (lasts about 7 bottles worth of warming, worth it for the portability though). So I said screw it and looked for bottle warmers. This one is absolutely perfect! Super quick, very easy to use, heats the bottle to the right temperature once you figure out how long you need it in there for (I heat milk up in the medela storage bottles before transferring to and actual bottle so I recommend going 30 seconds less than it says so it’s not too hot). I got two right off the bat (one for the nursery upstairs and one for the kitchen downstairs) and I’m super glad I did. Definitely recommending this to any or my expecting friends!

Update-5mo later…I absolutely loved this warmer for the last 5months. The keep warm and auto-shutoff were lifesavers. Unfortunately, this morning after warming a bottle I went to feed baby in another room. When we walked by the nursery an hour later it smelt like burning very strongly. The warmer did not shut off, the water reservoir was empty and it was starting to smoke as the plastic melted. Thankfully it was a weekend and we were home, also thankfully it was the morning bottle and not bedtime where she would have been in her crib next to the burning warmer which likely would have started a fire and could have ended tragically.I am shook and disappointed in how dangerous this could have been for our family.I would be happy to send back the warmer to you so you can investigate what malfunctioned. I used purified water. The display was off as it typically did following the warming period (3:30). I just hope this does not happen to another family.This is my second warmer and it is sooo much better than my original. It heats up quickly and keeps the bottle warm for a while after. Love the option to keep the bottle at a set temp for hours if needed overnight. Would purchase this warmer over and over again.
