ScalaWomen's Raffia Lifeguard Hat, Natural, One Size

I purchased the exact same hat in a larger size at a flea market/swap meet in Arizona but the size fit, I had to return this one (from Amazon) because it was too small (circumference of my head is 23 inches). The larger raffia hat I have had for 18 years is just now too worn out. I am a serious master gardener where all my work is growing?maintaining/pruning trees, and taking care of the yard with 100 perennials, along with a large garden every year. Out of all the garden hats I have this was the most comfortable, user friendly, and long lasting. I would of given this 5 stars if it would of fit.

I love this hat! It is my second one, the first is pretty beat up from daily use and rough treatment from the wind at times. It has a good amount of brim, is cool in the summer heat, and it is just perfect overall.

I use this as a sun hat when I walk. I need the chin strap so it won't blow off! And the weave and material just looks a cut above most sun hats of this style. Also it is a nice snug fit that does not come way down my forward but definitely keeps the brim from letting sun hit my face.

Brim blows up in wind so hat can't do its' job. I love the sale but unfortunately is not protective due to lightweight brim. Disappointed and too late to return.

Seam came loose after two weeks and I had to get it repaired. Love the hat but afraid it’s not durable.

It’s a big hat. A little heavy compared to a real straw hat but it’s super comfy.
