Reliable Product/ Reliable Company
Excellent customer service from KingCamp’s team! I have been an owner of two different KingCamp chair models since 2023, including this one, and they are consistently comfortable. It is very sturdy, gives a comfortable lounge-chair feel, and true to its “oversized” advertisement. If you have any issues, KingCamp stands by their product.

Weak stitching
Bought 2. The first time I sat in one the top of the pole by where your shoulder rests, the stitching tore and the pole came through. I sent it back and they gave me another. Then that one tore in the same place, when my kid sat in it. He didn't flop in it. He was just turning to talk to someone next to him.We barely used them. I weigh 215lbs, my kid 175. That's not overweight for either of us. The chair should br stronger. I recommend they reinforce the stitching and the pocket securing this spot. I would not recommend them for this reason. Sad because they were comfortable until you realize how delicate they are.

It is not heated
I was shopping for heated chairs and this came up- it was perfect- except it was not heated, and I didn’t realize it until my daughter unwrapped it. She loved the size and comfort of it. I bought a battery operated warming blanket a week later, and now she has a heated giant, comfy chair

Comfortable especially for plus size people
Will hold a 300 lb adult without stressing, this chair is pretty popular among us larger fellows at the campground owned a couple years now and has held up just fine

Comfy, but not durable
Comfy, but not durable… haven’t had it long and the one side ripped out. It’s a comfortable chair and I love the storage, just sad that it’s a wash I think I had it for 2 months before it broke.
