Q: What is the coldest temperature this hose will be flexible?

No problem in the Phoenix Metro Area or Dunes in Glamis. We go to Glamis for Thanksgiving, New Years and Presidents Day and have never had any issue with this hose.

Q: The photos all show "made in usa". the description says "this product is made in china". which is it? and why the deception?
