Been setting it up and using it for about 3 weeks now and I'm genuinely impressed with how simple yet effective it is. The 10.1 inch screen displays photos with impressive clarity and vibrant colors - the 1280x800 resolution makes images look crisp and professional rather than pixelated. What makes this frame so special is the Frameo app that lets my siblings and I send photos directly to our parents' frame from anywhere - I've sent pics from a business trip across the country and my sister has sent some from her vacation in Europe, all showing up within seconds! The setup was surprisingly straightforward - I had it connected to WiFi and working in under 10 minutes, despite being prepared for a lengthy tech support call with my parents. The touch screen is responsive and intuitive, making it easy for my non-tech-savvy dad to swipe through photos and adjust settings. One minor issue is that the auto-rotate feature occasionally takes a second or two to adjust when changing between portrait and landscape photos. Also noticed that while the 15-second video feature works well, it would be nice if it supported longer clips. The 16GB storage is plenty - I've uploaded about 200 photos so far and it shows plenty of space remaining. The sleep mode feature has been useful for automatically turning off the display at night to save power and not illuminate their living room. The frame's simple black design looks elegant on their mantle and doesn't scream "tech gadget" like some other digital frames I considered. My parents call me almost daily to mention new photos they've received from family members, showing how much it's enhanced our connection despite living far apart. I bought this for my Mom. She's in failing health, can't drive anymore and just doesn't get out much. She is experiencing early stage dementia. Forgetting things like how to turn on a smart TV or where she put her purse. This frame has been amazing! Pictures can be sent to it from literally anywhere. I dig out old childhood pictures, scan them and send them to the frame. I think it helps her remember people, places and things. Short videos can be sent and heard which is very nice. It sounds a tone when a new image is received and it plays everything in a slideshow type format. It was very easy to set up and so far it has performed flawlessly. It will generate a code so that others can send pictures to the frame too so most of her immediate family has access and can send pictures of their day. I highly recommend this digital picture frame to anyone that enjoys memories.

I bought this for my aunt who recently downsized to an apartment. She didn't have room for all of her old pictures much less all of the new ones of the grandkids. This is the perfect solution for her because it can hold a huge amount of data in one small frame. The best part is how user friendly the app is. You can give the pass code to anyone you want and they can add photos from home. This means that my technophobe aunt doesn't need to do anything on her end besides turning it on. For her, new photos automatically appear and she can be up to date on everything with having to bother with social media.

I purchased 4 frames to replace 4 Nixplay frames due to Nixplay changing their basic plan. Don’t buy Nixplay frames for you are limited to 500mb of data which isn’t crap when it comes to photos. For more data you are now forced to upgrade and pay Nixplay.The Frameo frames will hold tons of pictures for I doubt we will ever max them out.. The Frameo app isn’t that bad except you cannot view the photos that are on the frame unless you upgrade and pay. You have to view/manage photos directly on the frame.

When it arrived and I began to set it up, it seemed very glitchy. I gave it as a birthday gift and when I tried to set it up for the recipient it wouldn’t work. I got a replacement which now works well.It should really be shipped in a bubble wrapped package because I believe it was damaged during shipping. Otherwise, very easy to use and so far worth the money.

Have it as a gift to my in-laws for Christmas. They love it. With living a hour & half apart it’s nice to be able to send photos right to the frame. It wasn’t hard to to set up & very easy to connect it to the WiFi. Only thing is it has to be plugged in at all times for frame to work.

Got this on sale for Mother’s Day and oh my goodness! What a fabulous frame! Easy set up and I love that you can add pictures easily anytime you want. There are good customizable options on the frame and it’s easy to allow other people to send pictures to the frame, as well.

We love this digital frame!!!! The app is easy to use, the photos are high quality, you can easily add and adjust photos for a perfect fit on the screen. I will say, the touch screen is not great but it works for my needs, especially for the price. No issues connecting to WiFi and still works when we unplug our WiFi when not using throughout our house.
