I seriously doubt the coffee maker is 2 feet deep and 14+ inches wide. Is this in centimeters? Or box dimensions?

I Just purchased this coffee maker, it is 10 inches wide, 17” high, and 8.25 inches deep. It was slightly wider and deeper than my 10 year old Cusinart that I replaced when the grinder wore out. However this unit holds a weeks worth of beans whereas the Cusinart had to be reloaded each time. If you are like me and love fresh grind coffee ever morning, you won’t regret buying this unit. I quickly researched the competitor brands and this one was tops.

Why are there questions regarding a toaster in this coffee maker place

Because seller is using reviews from other products to make this piece of junk look good! I had 3 of these, and all the 1-star reviews are VERY TRUE! Amazon needs to do something about the false reviews on this coffeemaker that are actually for other products.

Water will not pump or heat up - does not leave reservoir. Is this broken after only 2 months?

You should be under warranty. Mine stopped working after the warranty period. Worked well but not anymore. They are strict with it. I'm 4 months past and the sent me 2 email or how I can try and repair it. I was hoping to get 3 years out of it. I'm going to go with Breville. Costs more but I'll pay more for quality and service. Good luck.
