Powerful antenna
Just wanted to start off saying where I live. There are very few options for Internet. So what I use is a Netgear nighthawk MR 1100 hotspot. I have this antenna mounted on a 35 foot antenna tower. I have tried many other antennas ranging from yagi antennas to Mimo panel antennas. The tower I am using is4.5 miles away with trees in the mix. So I can’t see the tower, but I have the gps coordinates and I use that to point. The other antennas worked ok, but this antenna is far superior ! I have full signal on each LTE band that the tower offers. My signal is much more stable! If your struggling with signal for a hotspot or similar try this it works amazing! I should also mention that I bought this as a used item. It had missing parts, but when I contacted the manufacturer, they were great went over and beyond to make it right. I definitely recommend this antenna and this manufacturer.

Significantly Increased Internet Speeds
We live in a rural area with very few options for internet service. I have a Netgear Nighthawk LTE Router and hooked this antenna up to both ports, and saw a massive increase in speed and stability of the signal. Before getting this antenna, I would see speeds of 5-15 MBPS Download and .5-1 MBPS uploads. Now I consistently get 100 plus MBPS download speeds and 15 plus MBPS upload speeds. The instructions are fairly simple to follow, and if you need tech support, Waveform gives you their contact information to get up and running quickly. I assembled this antenna in about 15 minutes with some help to hold the feed horn while attaching it to the parabolic grid. This antenna needs to be aimed preferably line of sight (see the tower from your location) to the exact tower that your cellular signal comes from. If you don't have line of sight, it can still work as long as you get the antenna aimed exactly where the best signal is coming from. If you don't know where your closest tower is from your location, you can use the online tool cellmapper.net to locate the closest tower to you. I am very pleased with this antenna and I recommend it to anyone who lives in a rural area and needs better internet.

Only a Slight Improvement, but not enough to justify the cost
For my rural internet, I had an LPDA (Log Periodic Directional Antenna) already installed, and wanted to see if I could get an improvement in signal quality (strength and consistency) with the Griddy. My carrier is AT&T - and the nearest tower is 5 miles away. After installing the Griddy, I found that AT&T Band 5 (850 MHz) had no improvement, and Band 66 (1700 MHz) had a marginal improvement (but not enough to get a consistent internet connection). When originally installing and aiming the LPDA, I had used a combination of cellmapper.net and Google Maps so I knew exactly where the tower was.Full disclosure, my location is in a valley with no line of sight to the tower, with trees in the path. The Griddy description says that such conditions will reduce the Griddy's effectiveness, so that part is true. But I was really hoping that the Griddy's parabolic design would improve not only download speeds, but also upload speeds, by focusing the transmitted signal back to the tower. However, after playing with the installation for several days, I gave up on the Griddy and went back to my LPDA (Amazon ASIN B075C8FX3S if you are interested). For my application, the LPDA antenna is the better overall performer. The LPDA has a wider radiation pattern and is more forgiving with respect to trees in the path to the tower.

Quality product
5* because assembly was easy/good instructions, hardware is high quality / fasteners are stainless steel, good quality on cable and adapters also. I’ll share that with this product I also had a learning experience on cell towers. I live on a bluff and have direct line of sight to 20+ cell towers, 8 of these are within the 10 mi radius required by this antenna. I thought that I would surely see the 100+ mbps shown on youtube by pointing a yagi antenna to the closest tower (4mi). I was wrong… Most of the towers that i can see follow a road, and i later learned they only broadcast signal along the road… not in the direction of my house. I found that only one of the 20+ towers was sending signal in the direction of my home. I recommend googling and finding a cellmapper tower site that shows the direction of the tower signal. Additionally, I think the secret is out on cell internet in rural areas. After installation, m the best mbps I’ve experienced was 44 mbps. But most often my connection is between 2 - 14 mbps. I can definitely see the connection speed is effected by peak hours; days and evenings are slower and late nights and mornings are much faster speeds. My provider is not throttled.

Better Internet
I have to say this antenna is amazing. The proof is in the test results I posted the Internet speeds increased greatly I was only getting about 20 MBPs and it increased to what you see in the photos.I live on 35 acres in a very rural area I have a lot of mountains and trees in the way, and this antenna worked out fantastic…

Did not work for me.
I'm currently using a Wilson Yagi directional antenna with my booster. Most of the time I can get a signal on my cell using my curren booster setup with speeds around 3Mbps download. I was hoping The Griddy Parabolic antenna would be better than the Wilson since I'm 6 miles from the closest tower. I live on a mountain with a lot of trees in between. Unfortunately, this did not work for me. I saw no significant improvement using The Griddy compared to the Wilson. I even mounted the antenna higher with a better line of sight and my speeds were the same when compared to the Wilson antenna. Another issue I had was with the metal grid. It's extremely fragile and can easily break if you slightly over tighten the screws. The grid comes in 2 pieces and requires assembly with a few screws. My grid never sat flush together and when I tighten the screws a little it snapped the grid.
