Q: Can we Use this in 2007 yukon 5.3l as only to replace probe only ,but not to buy a whole sensor with tube.?

I would say yes. I have done it both ways. Bought the whole tube with sensor first time. Then just bought sensor the second time in a 2008 Acadia. My 2008 gmc serria has a 5.3. same sensor

It comes with a card that acts like a key. Search on YouTube.

Q: Why after I changed the sensor the check engine light came back on

It’s a bad generic part. I intalled mine on my 06 Pontiac G6 and the car completely shut off. I would recommend Adelco replacement for this particular part.
