Vibox VII-58 Gaming PC - Intel i7 12700F Processor 4.9GHz - AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT 12GB Graphics Card - 16GB RAM - 1TB NVMe M.2 SSD - Windows 11 - WiFi

I bought this as the price was about the same as it would cost me to build my own, so why not.However as a gaming PC be aware. I use this machine solely for MSFS 2020 and VR, so a very heavy process product. The provided cooler on the CPU is pathetic, first run of the flight sim saw the temp go to 100 in less than a minute. Not a big problem. I purchased a corsair closed loop water cooler and fitted it now runs at 40 - 60.Next problem was some of the add on softwareI use (sim connect for example) would not work. I think it was that awful Norton Security product that was installed. Believe me getting rid of that is a real pain in the neck. In the end I reformatted the HD and installed Windows 11 Pro, as I picked up an OEM key for £10 seemed like a no brainer.The mother board is a cheap MSI board, don't expect too much there, no Bluetooth or Wifi on board for example. But hey who cares, I am able to run this sim with all the settings on either high or ultra and its brilliant.I don't really care about lights etc, but I have to say the case does look cool, there's even a remote control for the fan lights... which I put in a drawer and just left there leaving everything on default.There was a minor problem with the memory, the machine should have had 32Gb but only had 16. Gave them a call, and they sent out new memory in advance very quickly, and trust me to return the old one. (Which I am about to do today)There was no delay in getting though on the phone to them, and they handled everything quickly. A real pleasure to deal with a company that seems to care for a change.Would I recommend it, 100% (if you are happy changing the cooler out) even if you're not up to it I am sure you can find someone to fit one for you for less than £100. I'll do it if you don't find anyone :-)

I've been using the pc daily for nearly 3 weeks now and the desktop is well put together. I've not had to contact the seller (because there are no issues), but the welcome card and sweets were nice and I feel I'm in good hands.I would advise looking to replace the CPU cooler if you wanted to do CPU heavy tasks. When preparing shaders in Unreal 5, the temps reach 90-100 degress. When playing games it never reached that far for me (RDR 2, Assassins Creed Valhalla)

Good quality, works well out the box. Run all games at 300fps+

My son is autistic and saved his money to buy this pc he uses it daily and has no complaints at all

Although my rig came with different specs. i5 12400 cpu, Geforce RTX 3070ti gpu. It seems that vibox can build a great gaming computer.

No issues and is working as it should!

Excellent PC for the price, fast delivery and well packaged.The only problem is it didn't come with a adequate cooling solution for the CPU.Was getting CPU temperatures of 90 - 100C when running games.I installed a heatsink CPU cooler and now I'm getting between 55 - 70 now.So if you aren't confident installing your own components then you might have some trouble.

We bought this for our son as a pure gaming computer. We wanted the i7 chip as well as the nVidia 660 graphics card. We also decided to splash out on the screen, keyboard, mouse and speakers.Ordering & Delivery: We ordered on a Sunday and the entire package was on our doorstep on Tuesday. Brilliant!!Equipment and setup: Although not to everyone's taste the computer case, with it's red back lighting, is great and the screen, keyboard, mouse and speakers were all well packaged and easy to set up. Not 100% convinced with Win8, but we're getting used to it. Tip: KEEP ALL THE BOXES (see below). The machine is very quiet and shows the temp on the front screen. The speed of the components is brilliant (compared to the slug of a PC we had before). It's run every game we've loaded, without any lagging.Customer Service: Within a few days we noticed that the graphics had a problem ("spikes" coming out of the graphics when playing games). We called the Vibox Service Desk and got through very quickly. I managed to produce a screen print of the issue and they diagnosed that the graphics card obviously had a fault. They gave me a returns No and the whole PC was picked up the following day (Tues). I used the existing boxes (remember to keep them somewhere safe if you have the space). By Friday the PC was back and completely repaired. No quibbles and a UK based Service Desk!! Shame it went wrong but Vibox did a great job to fix it and get it back to us in amazing time. Again - brilliant.I would recommend the package and Vibox. Our son is SO pleased with the PC!!
