Good combo for immune support
I chose this vitamin supplement b/c it had most of the vitamins recommended by my doctor to help rebuild my immune system after having covid. It also includes other things like echinacea and natural things that are supposed to help your immune system. It seems to have helped, as I’ve gradually gotten better. The pills are large, but they’re fairly easy to swallow with a glass of water. They don’t really have a noticeable flavor, so that’s not an issue if you ever have trouble taking pills. I always make sure to take mine with plenty of water, and b/c I have a sensitive stomach, I take them after a meal, as I do any medications I take.
