Great adult retelling of classic fairy tale
Succubus Eirwen was left everything in her father's will. She knows her evil stepmother, Alvah, a Voodoo witch, had something to do with it, but she can't prove it. Alvah has taken control of the board at Eirwen's company & is using them to help bring ruin to the company On her day off, Eirwen is stabbed by a shifter who was supposed to take her heart for Alvah. She's near a club that she was wanting to check out & when she shows up on their doorstep, the bouncer refuses to let her in. After she reveals she's been stabbed, she passes out. When she wakes up, she finds herself in a strange bedroom with seven extremely hot supernatural men that she can't figure out what they are. Meet the seven Deadly Sins in the flesh. They have figured out who she is & know they have to protect her from Alvah. It also helps that they are in New Orleans to punish Alvah for her over 200 years of evil. Alvah does everything she can to try to get to Eirwen to steal her heart, including send a basket of tempting & cursed red apples. Tristan, aka Wrath, takes a bite of one of the apples before anyone can stop him & he is now suffering from the sleeping curse that only true love's kiss can wake him from. It's a race to bring Alvah & all her minions/disciples down. Can they all survive in the end?I have loved everything I've read by JB, & this one is no exception. This is by far my favorite. Turning Snow White & the Seven Dwarves in to a reverse harem with BDSM is a great adaptation. Great characters, holding true to New Orleans, & lots of steam & action make this story one you must put on your TBR list. Ends with HEA.

Swoon Worthy
During this these trying times during the pandemic of 2020, I’ve expanded my reading lists to include new genres as I found myself needing a bit of escape. Let me say, Snow White and the Se7en Deadly Sins did not disappoint! JB took a classic fairytale and crafted it into a steamy, reverse harem tale that’s sure to make reader’s swoon for her seven deadly sins.Set in New Orleans (one of my favorite paranormal settings), the story is packed with action, devotion, love and lust. Three of the men (the sins) are more fully developed as characters, and I had a clear picture of their personalities. The other four were less developed, and I kept forgetting who was who. Also I found the dialogue a bit choppy and forced in the beginning but once the story got going, it pulled me right in.With other reviewers already breaking down the plot, I’ll simply say Succubus Eirwen (Snow White) and the 7 Deadly Sins (her dwarfs who of course are hunky men in this erotic replay) verses Alvah (her evil stepmother and a Voodoo Queen) is an genius concept and a fun read. I’m definitely interested in reading more of the Fairy Tales that Bite Back series.

A Gripping & Fascinating Tale! Magnificent Audible Listen🎧📚🎧
Forbidden: Snow White and the Se7en Deadly Sins Fairy Tales That Bite Back, Book 1By: JB TrepagnierNarrated by: Anneliese Rennie, Tim Paige, Tor Thom, Roberto Scarlato, Greg Patmore, George Kastrinos, Barclay Craig, Austin Barringer, Ada Sinclair, Kae Denino, Liam DiCosimo, Darcy Gray, Stephanie Nemeth-ParkerWow, every once in a while you come across a book that is so good that it completely blows your mind and I have to say this book did that for me, a combination of fascinating retelling of a classic fair tale AND the way the perfectly casted narrators brought the story and it’s characters to life. If I had to pick on word to describe it all that word would be magnificent. JB Trepagnier is a gifted author, I enjoyed her writing style and her imaginative and creative take on Snow White, I love how she incorporated the Seven Deadly Sins into the story and the storylines she gave each. I also loved her paranormal twist on the characters too including Vampires, Shifters, Witches and more. The lead female, the star of the story, Eirwen, is a Succubus. Her evil step mother, the VooDoo Queen, wants more power and is out to get Eirwen so she must find a way to put an end to evil ways. I was completely taken by this book, it captivated my attention right from the start and held it straight to the end. This story is cleverly plotted and there is never a dull moment, there is drama, angst, action, twists and turns, some thrilling and suspenseful moments as well as emotional and heartfelt ones and some hot romance. JB Trepagnier, thank you for this outstanding story.I listened to the Audible edition, performed by an amazing lineup of talented narrators who did an awesome job portraying the characters and making each role their own. Anneliese Rennie was the perfect lead character, Eirwen, strong, independent, determined with a side of heart. Kae Denino was her perfect side kick, Sierra, the badass that she was. Ada Sinclair, the perfect sub vamp Delilah, as was Darcy Gray as Alvah Drakon, the evil stepmother. And those wonderful Deadly sins, Tim Paige as Lust (Connor), Tor Thom as Wrath (Tristan), Roberto Scarlato as Greed (Adamo), Greg Patmore as Gluttony (Kobe), George Kastrinos as Pride (Alaric), Barclay Craig as Sloth (Salem), Austin Barringer as Envy (Dermot), kudos to each one of them. Liam Dicosimo played various male roles and there was another guest appearance by Trevor and Stephanie Nnemeth-Parker comes in as a blast from Eirwen’s past. I highly recommend this Audiobook, the story is awesome and the narration raises it another level of awesomeness. It is an outstanding enjoyable and entertaining delight!

Loved it
It was highly interesting. With just right dose of suspense and surprise. With lots of healing and fighting. With curses and attacks. With falling in love and in bed. With one who’s fate did just got turned from danger and sadness to feeling whole and content. I couldn’t have thought of better matching for a succubus than seven sins. I loved this twisted fairy tale.
