Great remote, wireless is a plus, but...
The Pixel T9 is a great remote and not just because it has an on/off feature. I have a similar remote from another maker and the only way to turn it off is by removing the batteries. The wireless feature comes in very handy. I can't rate it with more than 2 stars because it doesn't work properly with my Nikon D500. The problem I have is when I plug it in my Nikon D500 with the supplied 10 pin connector (DC0), I lose all access to my Live View screen. This means I can't review pictures, access the menu or even access Live View. The only way to regain control of the aforementioned is by unplugging the connector. This does not happen when I plug the unit into my D5600 with the supplied DC2 connector. I'm not sure if it's an issue with Nikon's D500 or with the DC0 cable. I'm waiting to hear back from both Pixel and Nikon. I'll update this review once I have an answer.UPDATE: After reviewing my order, I realized I had ordered the wrong remote. I needed the TW-283 for the D500, which I just ordered. I'm looking forward to using it.

Not happy about this product.
When I first purchased this product, I attached it to my Canon 70D, and it worked just fine. I stowed it in my camera bag but have not had a need for it until now. I just attached it to the camera, turned on both receiver and transmitter. All lights come on, but it will not trip the shutter. I’ve tried new batteries, changing chanels, but no luck. I’ve spent several hours trying to get the remote to trip the shutter, to no avail.I checked the Pixel website, but found no help there, no FAQ page or user forum active. Looks like I will be buying a replacement, but will not be purchasing from this company.

Must have for camera bag.
Had some time to play with these the other night, and I'm pleasantly surprised at how simple and useful these are. I did a series of Blub, or long exposures with this device, as well as a series of repeated/time lapse style shots. Works really well. The directions are clear but are confusing initially. Once I got the hang of how to operate the button controls things went pretty quick. I haven't tested the end of the range, as I merely shot from 30 plus yards away, but was impressed at the range. I look forward to shooting the next thunder and lightning storm from the relative safety of my car, or what ever shelter is available. I can't believe my camera bad lacked this must have item as long as it did. I purchased this from another vender, and that item came with extra batteries. One set of batteries was damaged and unusable, while the other set was out of date, or poorly charged. I prefer to use my eneloop batteries, as they last longer anyways, so no real loss to have the item come without batteries.

Appears to be fine, though I haven't been able to rigorously use it yet.
I haven't had this product very long, only a few days, so my review has to be very limited. It seems to be quite adequate, not to difficult to figure out though there were no instructions in the box, and the box appears to have been a return so I am quite wary. Still, for the moment, I can recommend the product and the vendor. Deduct 1 start for the lack of instructions in the box, and 1 for an apparently used product even though the devices appear to be undamaged and "like new".

Works as they say it does.
Using this on a Canon 70d. Works 100 precent as they say it does, at least with the above camera. I would buy this again if anything happened to it. I tried it from multiple angles and distances up to 15 feet and it fired fine every time. Only complaint is that you must have the camera set to the same drive mode as the remote. If you have the camera set to single shot but the remote is set to multi shot, the camera will only fire single and the reverse is true. I could not find a way to override that with the remote only. This is a much better solution than the Canon (or Amazon basic version) of the infrared remote.

Solid piece of equipment
I used this for two nights of long exposure and it works fantastic with my Nikon D7200. I had an issue with the cable, the end camera connector fell off.. probably my own doing because of climbing around on the rocks. The issue I have is the a lack of part numbers in the manual. I think I have the right replacement on order.. crossing fingers. Other than the cable issue this is a solid buy for the prosumer looking to venture into long exposure. If it wasn't for the cable I have given this 5 stars!

Good product, Some bugs?
I bought this for my D810 to take exposures longer than 30 sec. It works fine in manual bulb mode on the remote where you have to touch the button 2x (once to start the shutter, once to end) but Doesnt seem to work in the main purpose of this device where you set it and leave it alone. ( delay, long, intvl, repeat...) the device just goes crazy and takes pictures really fast.Luckily the D810 has that part built in, so at least being able to manually have a 30sec+ exposure is good enoughWill update if I can figure out the problem, still a good shutter release tool

This product is all what I expected and surprisingly much more.
I like everything about the product. The remote control, timer shooting, easily set timer, exposure time, interval time, number of shoots, repeat shooting interval time and repeat times are all great features
