BEST THING FOR RADIATION BURN
One of my husbands co-workers gave me this ointment when I was going through breast cancer treatment. The radiation burn was horrible. The expensive prescription ointment they gave me didn't do much for relief. I started using this and I feel in love with it. Highly recommend for any angry skin issues. I actually use it under my eyes right before bed and have noticed a great improvement in lines/bags.

A great skin calmer
This is my third jar of Emily Ointment. It works so great. I've used it from sunsurn to temporarily calming pain from shingles. I have it with me in my GO BAG.

Came used and over half gone
The media could not be loaded. It’s almost comical but I love Emily Skin Soothers and I’ve always bought directly from the small business but decided to buy off of Amazon and ….what in the actual heck?! Opened it up and it’s over half gone and all fingered through. Soooo gross. So I highly recommend the product but BUY DIRECTLY FROM THEM. Not through Amazon. Unless you want someone’s fleshy human juices all up in your ointment I’d stay away.

Helps with eczema
This is the only thing I’ve tried that helps my eczema. After awhile, even steroids barely help me, and I don’t like prolonged use of topical steroids. This relieves dryness that was causing my skin to crack, and after a few uses my skin was softer. It doesn’t sting, nor does it necessarily stop the itching right away, and it’s a little greasy. It doesn’t rub in very well, so careful not to get it on your clothes or sheets. So far it hasn’t stained anything, it just gets rubbed off easily and then I have to reapply. It’s like doing your nails, just put it on and sit on the couch.

Didn't work for my hot skin.
This stuff may be very effective for a certain kind of skin condition. It wasn't for me. It says it is effective for "red hot skin". That's what I have sometimes, on the tops of my knees, and aloe vera makes it calm down. So when I saw this, I thought, hey, maybe this is even better. But the beeswax in the formula actually felt sort of hot on TOP of how my knees felt before. It felt worse. I left this at 3 star because of this, since I wouldn't have bought it if it didn't say it was effective for calming all red hot skin. But it might work for others.
