I'm a size 29 waist. Will I be annoyed by the super long band? Is there a way to make the extra band secure (not dangle)?

It can be shortened but requires a little patience. I shortened mine by cutting the band. I then heated and melted the cut end. I then carefully removed the rubber end cap off the cut piece of band and 5 minute epoxied it back on. We’ll worth it as the pack is by far the best pack on the market. Extremely safe and secure. We’ll organized.
