Q: Hi, does the pen come with a converter?

Q: Will a con 40 work in this pilot lucina ?

Yes, I have a few Pilot pens and the con 70 is the exception. Con 40 should work in all Pilots.

Q: Can the nib be swapped with a Metropolitan/Kakuno's nib?

This nib is AMAZING and wanting to put a $20 nib in a $50 pen doesn’t made any sense to me. I wouldn’t even consider swapping out the nib on this pen and I’m pretty sure those other nibs would not fit. It would make more sense to put the Lucina nib on the Kakuno pen or Metropolitan.

Unfortunately, you will have to use the con 20. The con 50 is too big for the ink compartment on this pen. Sorry.
