Ive live in different parts of Indonesia the last 9 years and settled in bali the last 5 years and sambal is the best part of indo food so after working in the us i missed local indo food and decided to give this a try since the ingredients are expensive or unavailable here and the flavor is there nothing like an ibu at a warung can make in less than 5 minutes but its not bad just super super oily ever for Indonesia standard lol the first ingredient is sunflower oil and they arent lying
