Heavy-duty and does the job
This plant tape is really excellent! I purchased it mainly to use on my Dragon Fruit Cactus Cuttings you'll see in my photo. I also use it around my Garden on Tomato plants, to help my baby Cactus Plant Starts and Cuttings take root and to tie Bamboo Stakes together to make Trellises. This outdoor Garden tape has many, many uses. Just in case you're new to using Garden tape and are wondering, Garden tape is smooth and is not sticky. It is generally used to safely and loosely tie around your plants to help secure them to a stake or structure to keep them upright as they establish roots or continue to grow. You can also use the tape to help tie up and support Tomato Sets, Cucumbers, or heavy Melons etc... It can be tied around pretty much anything in your Garden that requires support. The tape is thick and strong, but can easily be stretched by hand, stretched and pulled apart without the use of scissors and easily tied. From experience I can tell you that it holds up great in extreme weather conditions like heat, direct sun and heavy rains. I can't report on cold, snowy or icy conditions. If you're growing a variety of Plants in your Garden of different sizes thicknesses and weight, it's a good idea to have rolls of Garden tape in different sizes (widths) and buy as much length as you can for the best price. You might not think you'll need it, but once you start using it regularly and realizing what a great addition it is to have in your Garden Toolbox, it can go faster than you think. Right now, I'm using 1/2" and 1" rolls and I believe I purchased 300' rolls. Honestly, in all my years of Gardening, I've always used Thick, Natural Hemp Cord to support my Plants but after a while in extreme weather, the Hemp gets hard and dry and just breaks off with a touch, so I decided to try the tape. So far, it's working great, doing it's job and I'm enjoying how easy it is to use. I highly recommend it.

Perfect Strength/Stretch Combination
I just placed a second order for this wonderful tape. It has a perfect combination of strength and stretch, so I won't have to worry about girdling on my espaliered fruit trees. The 1-inch width provides added comfort since the pressure is spread out onto twice the surface area compared to half-inch tape. This tape also turned out to be the best grafting tape I've found; all but one of this year's 16 apple grafts have taken. Yay!The only thing some people might find to be an inconvenience is that the tape doesn't stick to itself. If you drop the roll, be prepared to gather up some loose tape. If you're careful, this won't be an issue.

Not super strong, but works well
I used this stretch tie tape to secure one of our new trees, and it works pretty well. It's not the strongest tape I've used before. If you pull it too tightly, it will snap in your hands. But if you don't pull too hard, it works. No major complaints so far. I will update this review if it snaps in the wind or doesn't hold up.

Much sturdier
We have to use plant tape on plants and our new young weeping willows we planted a few years ago. They're really pretty but very top heavy. So we have to put t-post in for support. The tape I bought at the store was always thinner and didn't hold up as good as this wider thicker tape .. unless you wrapped the trees with half of the roll 🤦♀️We'll definitely be buying this tape again in the future.
