OsmoBlinding Shine Definer 40 Ml

Hi,I’m having problems with trying to open this item. It’s very difficult to open the Lid and I’ve been trying to open since I received it on Thursday and I am not any luck. This is beyond me and I am gutted because I really wanted to use this products and unfortunately I can’t. Would I be able to get a refund processed please, I’d really appreciate that. Thanks

I purchase the OSMO Blinding Shine Definer on a regular basis and have never had a problem until now. When I opened the new definer it would not turn and bring up any definer. Finally my husband had to break into the top of the definer and access it this way. Very disappointed but hopefully I won't have any further problems with my next purchase.

I used to use of these style soft wax products years ago which I loved.As my hair style changed I no longer required it, but due to another restyle I thought I’d try to find the old product.I couldnt find the exact match, but thought give this a go as I wanted something to lightly hold, define soft waves and give a shine too.It works lovely. Use a little pea size amount in your hands - rub together to warm up and deprecate the product, then apply to hair.I use this to “scrunch” my curls.Don’t use too close to scalp or be careful as if you use too much it can give off a really greased look ... which is ok, if you are after that style!!Nice little product that smells really nice and fresh too!

Fab product, wish I found this years ago! My hair salon recommended this product to me, as she uses it on her customers. Great for taming those wild hairs and helps keep frizz at bay. Not sticky and doesn’t leave a ‘wet look’ either. A little goes a very long way, making it great value too. Would recommend to anyone.

My hairdresser used this wax and it’s really good for defining hair, during lockdown obviously couldn’t get any from her, tried Amazon and there it was, same price, delivered quickly, very pleased would recommend product and seller
