The media could not be loaded. The package is not resealable so I had to store it in Tupperware. It’s decently Hot and perfect for spicing up a curry. Me and my husband both love these.

I like my food spicy and my hubby doesn't. This stuff is perfect to add to or sprinkle on anything that I want a bit of heat to. I added it to some chicken broth that I was making and it gave it the perfect hint of heat. It is very potent stuff. I suspect this amount will last me months. I put it in an airtight container in hopes of preserving the flavor and heat.

I was given a small sample of this spice at a Thai restaurant. It was so good that I had to find it. Within the last year I have bought it 3 times. I put that spice on everything - fried rice, noodles, pasta, pizza... It is crushed peppers on steroids! It gives awesome spiciness to any meal.

I use this to make namtok. It’s very spicy but so good. Me and hubby are addicted we will buy more.

Great texture and a decent amount of chili flakes for the price, but they aren’t quite as hot as what I’m used to with Thai chilis. I’d say they’re a bit on the mild side if you’re looking for true Thai spicy.

This stuff is so good and very hot. I cook a lot of Asian food, but mostly Thai and this really adds heat and flavor to any dish when I don't have fresh bird chilies. Made Thai chili crisp with this and it's delicious!

Authentic roasted-grounded Thai chili that will heath up your favorite food without altering its flavor. The level of Heath can be adjusted based on the amount of chili used. I enjoy hot food but never interested in those vinegary hot sauces that will alter the food flavor or those with excessive heath that hurt my toung to the point that I can’t taste anything.

This product is awesome, I spent a lot of time in Thailand over the years and always brought back chili powder for my kitchen. Now I don't have to wait to replenish my stock!!
