This is a beautiful mirror and well worth the cost. I bought it to place over the bathroom sink and it is really striking to have there. It is not light and thin, but is well made and a little heavy. I did ask a friend to hang it for me and it was easy to do. There are small closed hooks on each side of the back so all that is needed is some wire to connect them. I looked at mirrors in several places but none compared to this one. This mirror is a winner!

Came all in one piece, although there were smudges/grime in little spots that I had to scrape off with my fingernail in several places. Came with small screws, but no hanging wire on the back and no hooks appropriate for hanging anything on the wall. The wire brackets on the mirror are sturdy, and I might use them with those screws to hang a small picture, but never a large mirror. I don't mind not having the hooks, since I already got a box of them to hang large paintings, but no way what was sent would hold this thing on the wall safely. It is beautiful, which makes up for having to buy and hand tie my own wire.
