They work well. Had to refit one because I didn’t let it heat long enough and cooled to an improper fit ( my fault). Pretty easy to use and mold with direction and the kids said comfortable. Seems good quality, they are using for sparring.

This is actually perfect size for teens and works out great! Very pleased with it.

Very sturdy material. Directions say to boil and mold, but it fit my child's mouth without having to do that. My child said it was comfortable without molding. I feel the price was great because it also comes with a sturdy carrying case.

I use this mouth guard for BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu). It forms well to my teeth and works great. At some point, I'll opt for a pricier option that allows for more airflow, but this one works great for the cost. It's saved me from many bumps and thumps already without any issue. I'd happily buy another.It's easy to form to your mouth and I had it done quickly. I wear it for the full hour and a half class without problem, often forgetting it's there.

Smaller than i needed

It's somewhat comfortable and easy to setup. I would probably buy it again. Has good thickness and feels durable fits pretty well. For the money it's a great mouth piece.
