Stayed in my 5 year olds ears with little to no readjustment, and they had no leaks.

Hard to fit
It's eh. My oldest son is a competitive swimmer and he says they work. My preteen son says they don't even when we trimmed them down. So adults yes, smaller ears, No.

I have had ear issues all my life. Multiple surgeries. Pressure when flying. Unable to hear at times. I have tried many earplugs. These are the best
