So far have bought 2 sets of 16 bulbs for old T12 fixtures and super happy with them.
I had been a parrot breeder for over 30 years and have used T12 fixtures to supply "daylight" to my breeders. Since the LED lighting has come out that cost much less to operate, we decided to convert our old T12 fixtures to use LED bulbs as the old florescent bulbs were becoming increasing dim and the ballasts in some of the fixtures were going. I have since retired from breeding parrots, but still have a couple pairs left that I want to supply the best lighting possible for them. After I bought the first set of 16 LED bulbs, we found that removing the ballasts from the old fixtures to use these LED bulbs was extremely easy. The difference in the brightness of the lighting was literally night and day. The 6000K provided by these bulbs is a daylight white and exactly what my parrots needed.Since the 16 bulbs of the first purchase covered only the area of the basement that my breeders were in, I decided it would be nice to have more lighting for the rest of the basement that we use. So, I decided to buy another set of these bulbs. The beauty of these bulbs is they cost about half the electricity to operate, and provide so much more lighting for so much longer. These bulbs also cost a lot less than others available. At this point, I would highly recommend these bulbs for anyone that needs to convert old t12 fixtures to LED lighting and needs the brightness of daylight lighting.UPDATE 03/04/19:We have had most of these bulbs installed for about 3 months. As yet, there has been no buzzing or flickering and the lights come on instantly. Since converting all of the T12 fixtures in my basement to use these bulbs, I am so happy that my basement is not only brighter than it's ever been with florescent bulbs, but my electric bill has gone down quite a bit. In a short time these bulbs will pay for themselves in the savings of electricity usage. The savings come in not only because of the lesser electrical usage of the bulbs, but eliminating the ballasts also save.I recently found out that the ballasts also use electricity in addition to what is used by the bulbs. So, your savings in electricity usage includes the lesser requirements of the LED bulbs and also the electricity used by the ballast. The life of these bulbs is also much longer than florescent bulbs.UPDATE 02/25/20:We have now bought 3 sets of these bulbs, and have had two sets of them installed for almost a year and a half. So far, not one bulb has failed. Considering the number of tubes we have lit for 12 hours per day, we have easily saved more than $50 per month on our electric bill. We couldn't be happier.UPDATE 02/15/21:We have been using these bulbs for two years. Some are on for 12 hours per day, and others for 16 hours per day. So far, not one bulb has failed or burned out. We have replaced all of the T12 florescent bulbs in our basement for these LED bulbs. We couldn't be happier with them.If my opinion of these bulbs changes, I will update my review. I hope this review was helpful for you.

Perfect product for me
Package of 8 allowed me to retrofit the exact number of fixtures in my garage. 6000 degree color temperature and 24 watts per tube means brilliant white illumination plus energy savings over previous 32 watt 'Ecolux' tubes. Aluminum strongback on tube also heatsink for LEDs thoughtful dual-purpose design, will hopefully last the rated 50K hours. Worth the wait. Installation easy for someone with minor electric installation experience - you'll need diagonal cutters (and maybe a few wire nuts depending on circumstances), wire strippers, and whatever tools you may need to access the ballast/internal wiring area of the fixture. Existing fixture wiring is readily relocated after cutting out the ballast. I left the ballasts in place in case I had to restore the status quo ante, but I didn't have that many good fluorescent tubes remaining. After the first one, install time went down to 15 min per unit. Will buy again (with better forward planning) - too many FL tube replacements on offer have dismal light output. Remember, you're trying to match or exceed the 3000 lumens +/- (Ecolux rating, find yours) of the former tubes, so shop carefully as cost should not be the only factor. So far, units work great with occupancy sensor/switch.

Bulbs don’t last
Decided to convert my shop lights to LED bought 2 packages of 25 bulbs. I converted and hung 34 bulbs exactly 1 year ago. Initially I was thrilled with how bright they were but then came the bad. In one year I have had to replace 6 of the bulbs and another 8 or 10 have diodes that are dying here and there. At most these lights have probably 1,500 hours of use, my fluorescent lights lasted 15 times as long. At $6 a bulb I’m starting to regret throwing out the ballasts for my fluorescent lights.UpdateNow at 15 months 10 more of the bulbs have burned out. Definitely would not recommend to anyoneUpdateJust shy of 18 months of use 30 of my original order of 50 bulbs are dead and 4 more have diodes going out. These lights are only used 20 to 30 hours a week.On a side note I have a fixture in the corner of my shop that has fluorescent tubes that I can’t easily reach thanks to things being in the way. Those 2 tubes were put in when the shop was built in 2001 and they still work, dim but they still work. Can’t say the conversion was worth it at all.

Purchased through warehouse deals, I was expecting to get ...
These are very nice, perfectly sized for any 4ft bi-pin fluorescent fixture. Rewiring is easy, remove the ballast, and just make sure you connect the incoming black to the pins at one end and the white to the other. Very fast on, and brighter than the originals.Purchased through warehouse deals, I was expecting to get working product repacked, instead it appears many of the bulbs are internally damaged. The LED strip down the center was flopping loose, completely unattached at one or both ends on many of the bulbs. Packaging appeared adequate, I can only assume these were not checked thoroughly before repackaging.(Added info 8/23/17)After no contact from customer service, and no way I can find to get in touch with them after they said to contact them, I am lowering my rating to 1 star.(Added info 9/9/17)As you can see, the manufacturer followed up with contact details, and squared away the issue ASAP. They sent replacements for the damaged bulbs, and my rooms are BRIGHT now! I am very happy with the way they resolved the issue, since it was really Amazon's fault to begin with, not the product.

Very poor longevity. Avoid!
“Normal service life of 50,000+ rated hours ( lasts up to 10x longer than conventional lighting)” HOGWASH!These lights have been in my garage for about 3 years. During that time they are were in use a few minutes per day. Certainly less than an hour per day, or about 1000 hours in total. Three of the eight tubes have failed completely. Another one is losing LEDs one by one. Extremely poor performance for something that should last 50 times longer.

Great lights edited November 2021
So bright, most of them are still working after 2 years. Some of them have a few dead chips and one has totally died.

Revised review
After 1 year the lights that are still working are much dimmer than they were originally. Approx. 5o percent of lights have failed completely. I should have stayed with the old fluorescents as they lasted years and years with no degradation.
