Holy crap. THIS STUFF IS INSANE. Literally gained 20lbs in a month. I started this July 30th (115lbs) and it’s August 26 (134lbs). Stuff is magic. I don’t really work out. I eat two to three times a day along with protein shakes and lots of carbs.My boyfriend is obsessed with my butt.

July 25th- I gained weight after taking 2 pills a day inconsistently for 2 weeks with light workout.... very light workout. I imagine that it'll work even better with proper workout and meal plan.Packaging was good, its a big pill to swallow and is easier when taking with a meal. I feel more energetic since taking these. I was worried at 1st cus all the different reviews but I’m on my forth bottle and other people have notice the difference. I have a light work out and go to the gym at work for 30 min once a week. I was skeptical because some of the reviews I read but I have no regrets about this purchase. Ive only taken them for a little over a week. I've noticed i have a healthy appetite. I weigh 125 and August I set the goal to gain 5lbs its very hard for me to gain weight. The last few years I've tried so hard to get to 130lb and keep the weight on. Today i got on the scale and it was at 135lbs. I was so happy. I know its going to go back down tomorrow but with these supplements I am confident, if I commit to taking the daily dose and also put the effort in to see the results I desire I'll be very happy with the outcome.
