Is this 90mm or 3.5"? Those are not the same measurement.

90mm is equal to 3.5433" so it is a bit bigger than 3.5". If this is too big then order an 89 mm hole saw. 89 mm = 3.5 039". Since almost everything on Amazon is bought from China I doubt that you will be able to find a 3.5"US measurement saw. You will have to go to another vendor, like a local hardware store or chain hardware store to locate an American made hole saw. You will end up paying 3 or 4 times more but if the size is critical then that is your best option.

Can this cut deep enough to cut a hole through a 2x6? I need it to go a minimum depth of 1.5" and I can't find the cutting depth in the description.

what hole saw arbor with pins will work with this?

A Milwaukee, DeWalt, or Lenox Hole Saw Arbor may work. As you can see it comes with its own arbor, so additional one(s) are not needed.

Can the depth of the drill bit be adjusted? there is very little room behind the hole I need to make and don't want to hit what's behind.

Once the hole is half way through you can remove the center drill bit entirely.
