Love it, it replaces one I hated. this has a cover that turns into a catch for your zest when put on the bottom. defiantly recommend it.

Sorry, could not resist the pun. My neighbour loaned me this, and I immediately hopped on line and bought it. I use it for zesting but also for hard parm crusts, nutmeg, and firm cheeses. Excellent product, and easy to clean.

What?? No cutting edge 😬
Very strange. I bought this to zest but the "rasps” were completely flush with the surface! They had never been raised to create cutting edges, I ran my fingers all over it-nothing! Thought maybe I’m missing something so started to zest a lemon, it was like I was rubbing it on glass-nothing.I expect more from zyliss…
