If you're on the fence, just choose any aftermarket pair, tbh.
I knew I wanted to replace the OEM earpads and couldn't decide. I took a chance on these and I am not disappointed. ANYTHING is more comfortable than the OEM earpads for me at this point. These do the job and I am 100% satisfied at the moment. I recently picked up some refurbished ATH-M50X to replace my home headphones. I use a pair of Bose QC25s at work and love the fit and feel, plus the NC is amazing in an office setting. When I put my new M50Xs on I was rather disappointed at how uncomfortable they are (by sitting at a desk for hours at a time in mind). My ears aren't abnormally large but they are large, I guess. I read a ton of reviews and suggestions online on how to make my M50Xs more comfortable and they all said get new earpads, but which ones. I was between these and Brainwavz. I previously purchased a pair from WC for my older V-Modas and they are great. Installing these was kind of difficult but it didn't take me more than 10 minutes. Neither the OEM or these new ones were damaged in anyway prior, during, or after removal and installation. They fit flat on the sides of my head and my ears can almost perfectly clear the insides (so much so that I know the top of my ear touches but I can't even tell). They seem to isolate sound slightly better but nothing compares to ANC, anyways. The cooling affect doesn't seem to be noticeable on my head. If these are cooler compared to the OEM and other types of headphones, then wow. My Bose headphones stay cool for multiple hours and I never even notice. These get warm quickly, and I have to take them off once an hour to cool down my ears. I am not an audiophile (my ears are kind of shot anyways), so I don't notice or care about the lowered sound quality due to the increased distance your ears are from the drivers (at least I think that's what causes the decrease in sound quality). These headphones still sound great for music, movies, YT, and gaming. I'm not editing, mixing, or recording.

Extremely happy with this brand. High quality, comfortable, well priced. Bought multiple pairs.
Just bought my 4th pair. I wear these all day for work and all night for play. I've got several sets for different headsets over the years and love them. Hyper X Clouds, Audio Technicas and Sony MDRs. First pair of these pads I purchased in 2021 last pair was 2023, now its 2026. Only replacing because my old ones kinda smell like hair grease I could probably just clean them but decided a new pair was due. I've also got a backup super colorful pair when I want to show some flair. Overall these are the best pads. Not a single brand I mentioned above has nearly as comfy pads stock. Only leaving this review because this brand wasn't recommended as the top from Amazon when I bought my latest pair and it should be. Durability 10/10. Sound is 10/10 its really good for breathable pads. Value is awesome like i said I'm only replacing them after year of use... most headsets don't last that long. Easy to use and install and extremely comfortable. Keep in mind you're not gonna sweat as much with cloth pads as leather/pleather alternatives. They have a nice firmness not too soft and squishy and not too hard like stock pads. Wicked!

Very Nice, comfortable, hopefully doesn't effect the sound
I went from a Corsair Virtuoso (7) years, to a HyperX Cloud II Core. Days/hours of reviews and saw that the HyperX got 99% positive for sound and Fitment for under $100. The work and sound great, very light but last night, used them for 2 hrs and they started to hurt. One of the reviewers mentioned these cushions and I watched the install video. Right out of the gates, the guy said "it's gonna take you some time, they are not easy to install, but you'll get it done within 15 mins" I ordered them and upon opening, saw that they were thicker, with more cushion. My MASIN concern was the hole opening, much smaller as you can see in the photo's, so I thought that was going to deaden the sound. I did the opposite of what the install video said and i started on the bottom of the earcup and pulled the material into the slit of the earcup. It was a struggle, so I put a portion of the material into the earcup, held it down with my palm and I stretched the entire earpad over the earcup and then using my fingernail, slid the material into the earcup slot and it worked. I did that to the 2nd one and was done in 5 mins. I then fired up COD Warzone and while waiting to load in, I could hear the people in my kitchen talking, I couldn't before with the factory leather on the HyperX. Not a big deal because these Hypers are not noise cancelling. loaded into the game and it sounded clean like with the factory leather. I did notice a small drop in sound with the footsteps so I pushed up the volume 2 notches and it was ok. They are very comfortable and i will update when I have worn them for a few hours. Hopefully, the sound will be good too. Not to worried about that because these pads are cloth and the sound will travel through. The HyperX have 53mm drivers which is larger than other that use 40/50mm. I will update if there's any issues

Love them with minor exceptions
I’m delighted with this replacement headset ear cups. I had an Arctis 3 from Steelseries and didn’t want a new one. The original ear cups had more interior space, but I can still fit my ears in. The originals also had thinner material over the speakers, but the replacements are a thicker barrier as such there’s a slightly deeper sound. While initially I noticed a sound quality differences mill after a full gaming session These replacements are thicker and higher off my ear, which is comfortable at first but then heats up like the original ear covers. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and it saves me from spending more on a new headset.

Transformed my headphones
I got a set of Audio Technica ATH-M20x headphones a while back. I’ve probably worn them longer in the three days since I installed these Wicked Cushions earcups than in the three months prior. I would go so far as to call Wicked Cushions ear cups a necessary, unskippable purchase for anyone who owns a pair of ATH-M20x headphones, or really any Audio Technica headphones. I genuinely didn’t think these headphones could feel this comfortable. The old earcups were small, thin, hard, warm, and made of material that was just plain uncomfortable to have pressed against your face for very long. Now, my earcups are large enough to fit my big ears, they’re soft, they’re about 3x as thick as the old ones, they run cool, and they feel really nice to wear. On sound quality, I would say there’s been a notable improvement in overall sound clarity based on my informal testing. Lows are especially improved. It’s a lot easier to distinguish and make out bass notes now than it used to be, particularly in jazz and orchestral numbers. The extra room and better seal with these ear cups has made a positive difference, for sure. In general, the music is clearer. I would still say that these headphones have a flat sound profile like they did out of the box. They’re just no longer being held back or muddied by those ear cups.

Perfect for my big ears!
I have a pair of Audio-Technica ATH-M50x Professional Studio Monitor Headphones. The earpads that came with them are too small for largish ears like mine. The earpads are perfect. They not only cover all of my ears, they are cooler than the original pads. They're also more comfortable. They are quite functional, and the sound quality is not reduced. They aren't that firm, which is good because the headphones felt a little tight with the original earpads. These are well worth the money. The only downside is that putting them on the headphones was like wrestling a greased, fat pig. They were a little difficult to put on.

Worse than stock earpads - HyperX Cloud II
After 3 years of using my HyperX Cloud II headphones, my stock earpads begin to deterioriate. So I searched for replacements, and found these: not only were they advertised as more comfortable and durable than stock, they also had a cooling element. Here is my experience: - Took 45 mins for me to put them on. This was because unlike the stock earpads, these had a much wider "lip" so it was diffucult to snap in place. I just put the old earpads back on temporarily as I am returning these WC, and it took me 2 mins easily because of the small lip that snaps into place, no less securely than WC. - They are BARELY cooler than stock, and the fabric surface that provides this "breathability" is quite scratchy on the skin after awhile. They heat up just like the stock ones after 30 mins or so. - Comfort wise, WC's memory foam is no better or more comfortable than stock, sure they are thicker, which is unnecessary and leads to my biggest gripe with them: - Their fitment (on the Cloud II at least) is SHIT. They are not only thicker than stock, but also longer/taller vertically so that they reach down below your ears slightly and cause a gap for sound to escape. The thickness also makes it so they stretch out the headset and make the gap even bigger, and DO NOT SIT FLUSH ON YOUR EARS. If you are going to design a replacement, or even an acclaimed upgrade, make sure to design it to fit properly WC. When they design a headset, they design it to fit properly flush on someone's head with the size of the cushions they designed it with. Changing the size of the cushions ruins the fitment. Overall, although these are not *terrible* cushions, they are simply worse than stock and I recommend looking for replacement cushions that more closely resemble the stock ones so that they fit properly. These are absolutely NOT worth the extra money and I am going to buy direct replacement cushions for my HyperX Cloud II instead after returning these.

Upgrade for Cloud III
With an excellent official YouTube instructions video exchanging the ear pads was as easy as changing an air filter. The analogy might be weird but what I mean to say is that it requires a level one skill of confidence and also know-how. Taking the old pads of was easy and putting the other ones on was easy after seeing it happen online. The written instructions would suffice but would have made the process slower if I didn't know about the "lip" in the headphones. The product is clearly better made than the PU ones that came with my headset. My skin can also breathe when I'm wearing the headset and alleviates sweat buildup during long gaming sessions. This product is also more comfortable than my stock ear pads. As a side note I am going to be checking WC availability for future purchases of headphones just to make sure that I have the option. Would buy again. Would buy as a present for loved ones. Would recommend to anyone using headphones.

3yrs EXP
Three years ago, I bought the WC FreeZe Hybrid Fabric Black Camo ear pads for my HyperX Cloud Flight S headset, and let me tell you, they are the best ear pads I have ever owned. Even after my headset eventually stopped working, the Wicked Cushion pads were still in great condition. I then bought a new Headset SteelSeries Arctis 9, and was shocked when its stock ear pads were completely ruined and started to decay after only six months! That’s when I had an idea. Why not reuse my old Wicked Cushions? I put them in the washer, and while the washing machine ruined the leather finish, the pads themselves were still perfectly functional. They completely kept their shape with no tears at all. There was one more challenge: they weren't the same size as my Arctis 9. But with a little DIY, I used some rubber bands to attach them firmly, and voila! It worked perfectly. I was so proud and happy. Your product is genuinely "Built to Last," and my story is proof. I felt I needed to share this and thank you so much for your excellent work and attention to detail.
