Very essential as I have severe long-term urinary tract infection which this is helping with (unlike useless antibiotics). But I need a lot. No sign of overdose effects, maybe due to (a) plenty vit k2, (b) absorption problem (pancreas injury), (c) high demand due to the year-long UTI. But how obtain the larger packs?
