Do these palettes have a strong plastic smell?

Don’t worry about this problem. Watching our video, you can find that the protective film of our palette is transparent and thin. Unlike other palettes, the protective film is thick and heavy, so there is basically no irritating smell.

Can you use these pallets with gelatos, watercolors, distress oxide or distress ink?

Great product! Highly recommend as nice to have different sizes for different projects.

How to peel off the protective film on the paint pallette?

You can use a nail file to rub against any edge of the palette at a 45-degree angle, and the film on the surface of the palette will roll up the edges, then you can easily uncover the film on both sides along the rolled edge of the film.

How is this versus a wooden one?

Easier to clean. I actually place tear-off pallete paper, found at the dollar tree, over mine. Then the paper is thrown in the trash and no paint is washed down the drain if I use the uncovered palatte.
