Solid device holder!
I have two. One for my PV tuner and the other for my phone. Solid construction. Holds the device tightly. The stretchy bands are a little cumbersome but quite frankly optional. I've used the one for my Power Vision tuner for 3 years now. It has been subjected to multi-day trips, jolts, bad weather all without judging. Priced very reasonably BTW.

Good solid product that proved up to the task on my sport motorcycle ridden hard!
I have a very well maintained and new looking 1984 900 Ninja with very condensed space in the cockpit area that makes it very difficult to use a traditional RAM mount for my iPhone, so I tried this crowfoot mount just to see how it would fare. I was not impressed at first. While the crowfoot mechanism itself was very strong and grippy and well made, the flat slab that my iPhone 6s (with Apple battery extender case) was to fit on felt cheesy to me. Also, the 4 rubber loops on each of the four corners looked fragile and easy to tear, and the vice-grip slider in the middle that pinches the iPhone at its center didn't seem very strong. So, I wasn't going to use it at first. I paid cash for my iPhone and I wasn't about to risk 600+ bucks on what I thought at first was a cheap piece of gear. Anyway, the CrowFoot mechanism worked great and I was able to attach the mount to the base of my left brake reservoir. Then I started playing around with mounting the iPhone with a rubber hook around each of the four corners of my phone's rubbery battery case. Once I did this, the phone actually felt pretty snug. In fact, try as I may to manually knock the phone out of the mount, I couldn't. So, after I experimented and my confidence grew, I mounted the phone and took my bike out for a very nice long ride through the back country here in Washington State. The ride lasted about 3 hours and covered a lot of BUMPY back roads taken at high speed (well over 100mph), and the mount didn't BUDGE! Even while my instrument cluster was bouncing all over the place as I blasted through backroads, the iPhone stayed perfectly solid and stable and I got home without issue! The product is very shiny and new looking and the rubbery loops in the corners do not look strong, but they in fact are. Three big things I would do to this product if I was selling it, one would be to make the vice-grip mechanism at center a bit stronger and the rubber pads on the vice grips grippier! Secondly, I'd add a grippy rubber pad at the center of the platform the phone rests on. And thirdly, I'd try to physically make the eye loops on the corner, darker and less shiny and more robust looking because as they are now, they do not inspire confidence--even though my test proved they are up to the task. Bottom line, this is a good gadget and I feel that my iPhone 6s is safe on it. I just take GREAT care when I put the phone on the mount that the loops are all properly fitted before I leave the garage.

Generally solid product with a few issues to be aware of
We bought this product for my son's bike for Christmas 2019, opting for the metal version in the hopes of providing extra stability & longevity. It worked well for him with daily use throughout the spring and summer, allowing him to safely bring his phone on bike rides and even listen to music while doing so. Unfortunately, even though we had purchased the metal mount, the nut that connects the phone mount to the ball joint is still made of plastic, and cracked when my son's scooter fell over with the mount attached in September (see attached photo). The rest of the mount was undamaged, but the cracked nut would not hold the mount solidly on the ball joint, and without this plastic nut, the mount is useless. I contacted the seller (Caw.Car) to see if they could provide a replacement nut. Their support person responded immediately, and let me know that they cannot send replacement parts, and that the 5-year extended warranty that I registered would not cover damage to the mount due to the scooter falling over (i.e. user damage, not product defect). They were very friendly and offered me a 30% discount code if I wanted to re-purchase the same mount (which I did, despite the issue with the first one). Hopefully the 2nd mount holds up better to shocks, since kid bikes and scooters fall over on occasion no matter how careful they are. Aside from this issue, we were very happy with the usability of the mount.Pros1. The mount is sturdy and clamps solidly to the bike (or scooter)2. Adjustability is great - can be easily adjusted and tightened to find the right position.3. Holds phone very securely in the mount, especially if you can attach most or all of the corner support bands4. Extra support bands are included in the packaging in case one of the attached bands breaks5. Customer support is very responsive and friendlyCons1. The plastic nut on the ball joint is clearly the weak spot in this otherwise rock-solid product - this crucial piece seems susceptible to damage from falls or even potentially from over-tightening, but this type of incidental damage is not covered by the warranty. Caw.Car should consider including a replacement nut with the packaging (like they do with the rubber bands) since they don't have the option to ship replacement parts.2. The supporting side clamps and corner "rubber band" supports may interfere with the buttons on the phone depending on how the buttons are laid out on your device. For my son's phone the side clamps aren't an issue, but he can only attach 3 of the 4 corner support bands (which is still plenty of support). For my phone, I can attach all 4 corner support bands, but the side clamps easily trigger the buttons on the side of my phone if I don't have the positioning exactly right.3. While you can register for an extended 5-year warranty for the product on Caw.Car's website, you don't receive any sort of confirmation email afterward, and I was unable to find any published information on their website that details what the warranty actually covers - so it is a bit of a mystery what they will or won't cover, or if your warranty was really registered.

Easier to install than falling off a bike
Easy to install and my iPhone16 with case fits perfectly. I admit I was a little apprehensive about the rubber band holders but it all works great and keeps me from having to remove the protective case every time I mount the phone to the holder like some brands.
