Is it turns off the dock when the controller fully charged?

I take it from your question that you are enquiring as to if this particular charging dock switches off when full charge of the Dual Shock 4 Controller is complete.The answer is yes. I have two controllers and if they are both mounted and are at different levels of charge the one that is charged will stop being charged and the other will continue until full charge is achieved.Please note also that this charger works off mains supply - not the USB slot on your PS4. There is no alternative to use the USB supply either, you have to use the mains.

Is this for v1 or v2 motion controllers, as both have diffent usb connections

The charging dock does not use usb to charge, but the small metal connectors on either side of the base. Therefore this should be universal for PS3 and PS4 (v1 & v2) controllers

I've ordered this but doesnt seem to be charging? Red light flickering at bottom of controller and thrn stops. Should it go blue when charged?
