Q: Why the different containers. The first on showes a gray tube and the one at check out is a circular tube with a twist cap.

Arcona changed their product packaging last year. The first bottle I purchased from my clinical aesthetician over a year ago would not dispense the product properly. The cleanser was too thick. When I refilled, I found it was in a tube instead of the pump dispenser. I saved my original bottle and switched out the pump for one that worked better. Much easier in the shower than the tube. I prefer a pump as it lets me dispense a more controlled amount.

Q: Is this product good for acne ?

It's perfect for any skin type including acneic skin. What is so unique about this cleanser is that it balances any skin type to aleve any skin conditions such as acne, extra oiliness, dryness, flaking, redness and more. This gentle water based cleanser is one of our best sellers!

Q: Is this product liquid (fluid ounces) so that I have to use it with a cotton pad?

Yes, It is liquid but becomes somewhat foaming when rubbed in your hands. I would not use a cotton ball with this cleanser at at all. It is not that thick or like a cream cleanser where you can use a cotton ball.

Q: Because the grey containers are the "new" containers, does this mean we're receving expired product from this seller? Bottles are see-through...

When I placed my order, I received the product in the gray tube and then transferred it into the frosted pump bottle I originally purchased from my med spa. Not sure about the age of a product that arrives in the frosted pump.
