Nice headset
This is one heck of a headset for the money, the look is good, the fit is good, wit DECT the range is phenomenal, if you have a yealink built phone ( they are the OEM for a bunch of names ) with a USB port then get this headset, the built in EHS is awesome, other brands you have to buy a $50 EHS adapter. It still needs some development on the firmware side as well as PBX support for certain systems softphone, but that will eventually come.Update,After using this headset for over 6 months I can say this headset is awesome, I work in the Telco industry and we use to sell Plantronics and Jabra headsets that where more than twice the price, and they have less features and shorter range than this headset, the range is phenomenal, the features keep getting better with each firmware update, I have installed this headset on many phone and as long as it a USB port it has worked, that is the only downside also, you have to have a USB port. If you are a soft phone user you can connect it to your desk phone and PC both at the same time, I have used it with teams, zoom, intermedia unite and zultys ZAC and it worked great on each. Make sure to download the yealink desktop software to access all the settings and keep the firmware up to date.

Excellent Headset for Medium Use
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Yealink WH65. It has very good audio quality and is comfortable to wear for short periods of time (about an hour) before the pressure on the ears feels a little uncomfortable. They are well built, feel solid, a little heavier than the Jabra Engage 65, but with the cushion on the top headband still comfortable overall. The charging stand looks really cool, and it's easy to place the Yealink in its charger. We have been using the Jabra Engage 65 which is wonderful (Very high quality, very lightweight, long battery life, extremely comfortable); however, it is $50 to $100 more expensive than the Yealink, and lately very hard to find.If you can afford and/or find the Jabra Engage 65, it is a better overall headset and can be worn over 4 hours straight comfortably, but may be hard to justify the additional price over the Yealink. If you need a solid headset for medium use, I highly recommend the Yealink WH65; however, if you need a wireless headset for heavy use (like in a contact center) I would recommend spending a bit more on the Jabra Engage 65 or something that's a bit lighter weight and more comfortable for wearing long term.Overall I'm very happy with the Yealink WH65 and will purchase more for my medium use users; however, I will continue to provide the Jabra Engage 65 to my heavy use contact center users.NOTE: This is NOT a headphone for listening to music, although you can listen to music the speakers are designed for clear voice audio quality for softphones, TEAMS, Zoom, etc. playing back music is average and a bit disappointing but the audio quality for voice and video conferencing is very good.

Awesome customer service
This headset has a lot of great features. It comes with an integrated Charging Stand, USB-A connectivity to both your pc soft phone and desk phone long range connectivity, active noise cancellation, and intelligent mute. Essentially it’s everything you want in a work headset. The intelligent flip to mute feature is perfect for your mid-call, quick mute situations. And the noise cancellation blocks out all background noise through the mic. Coupled with battery life to get you through a long workday, Overall it’s a great headset. The other great thing I want to mention is yea link customer service and technical support. I have dealt with an annoying issues with the audio sound on my headset, and while technical support is unable to determine what the cause of it is, yet, they are very quick to respond to my support request. They are genuinely interested in determining what’s wrong and very interesting in my feedback. Customer service reached out to me directly to make sure the issue was being addressed and in making sure I was satisfied.

If you have an M1 Mac, you need to read this
The hardware is really nice and the sound quality is very good. It does not work with M1 Mac however. If you use Windows or Intel Mac it should work well for you.

Mixed feelings
I like this headset just okay, but for the price I wish I could say that I love it, I just can't though. Often through the day I find myself pressing the speaker to my ear so that I can hear, the volume just isn't enough on some calls. Then there are the scratchy calls, or the callers that can't hear me when I've used the mute function by raising the mic up, it won't always unmute and I have to unplug and plug back in to get it back, most of the time my caller hangs up before I can get this done. The battery life isn't great, I use it for about 6 hours a day, that's fine, but it has to have a full night's charge to work the next day.Overall, for what I paid for this headset, I'm not thrilled. It's advertised as being softphone and Microsoft Teams compatable, I'm sorry that I don't see anything special there. I guess I was just really excited before this arrived and it hasn't met the mark that I had set for it before I began using it.Ultimately, it's just okay.UPDATE: After being in contact with the Yealink team, who were very kind and responsive, it was determined that this headset is not compatable with the Five9 system. What a shame, it seemed like it could have been a great headset! My money was promptly refunded and I'm still looking for a headset, similar in design to this one, that is compatable. I'm sorry it wasn't Yealink, they are GREAT people to work with!Kudos Yealink! Now please make one that works with my system. 🙂4 stars only because it doesn't work with Five9 callcenter system. Otherwise I would definitely give 5.
