Is it just 1 light per order or is there multiple?

Its only 1 light per order. I ordered 2, for the front & back of my vehicle.

Why does this not turn off when my car is off? Car was off for 6hrs and it was still lit.

Some vehicles maintain power to the cigarette lighter plug, even after the car is off.
