What do you get your wife who loves to cook and has everything? A knife. What do you get her if she already has two knife blocks full of knives? Better knives and try and get her to get rid of some of her cheaper knives. The knife is a chef's knife, meaning it has many different functions, including cutting meat, fish, vegetables, etc. The handle is very comfortable and feels balanced in your hand as your performing your cutting tasks. The blade itself is 8 inches long and beautiful in design. It is very sharp and hardened steel and one of the best knives I have ever owned. I have bought more expensive knives that weren't this nice, but this one is a cut above the rest!

Have been using the knifes for days. The knife is very sharp. Finely dicing half of an onion only takes seconds. It also has a nice firm grip. The design of the blade gives a slick impression compared to a regular chef knife. Definitely a nice versatile chef knife to have for every kitchen.

Very well made knife that's held up to various vegetables and chicken. Still sharp after a few months with no rust.Only downside is that it lacks grooves along the sides of the blade so food tends to stick.

My friend recommended this wekit chef knife to me. I love the most is its pattern design. It’s perfect anti sticking layout on the knife. No matter I cut fresh or frozen meat, it won’t got stuck on the knife. Unlike many other 8” Japanese knives, this knife’s weight and size are best fit my hand.

The tip of the knife broke. I didn't even used it much. I found it inside the drawer with the tip broken. Poor quality. I am really dissapointed because I did a lot of research to buy this knife.

Steel it is too soft, I don't believe it is VG-10, because blade got bent. It is pretty a comfortable knife, but blade is too thick and surface of the blade is too rough.

when I opened the knife it was razor sharp and held an edge extremely well. balanced well and great handle. if I ever need another one I will be sure to reorder this knife.
