First off, let me say the price for two hats…wow. Doubt you’ll find a better product at this price.Are they high quality? No, but for my project I didn’t need perfection. They fit my average size head just fine. With them being cotton, they were easy to paint with fabric paint and add some glitz with rhinestones. I didn’t have any issues with the brim and was able to reshape easily. Love how my throwback fan gear turned out, and have a spare blank if I need to make a second.

I have purchased many excellent products from Amazon, but this junky constructed "sailor hat" should never have been allowed to be included on your website! It is made of ultra-thin polyester cloth, which also covers a flimsy cardboard brim! The stitching is weak and, when the single hat arrived, the stitching was already coming loose at the barely held-in-place label! And the hat's size was not your listed 21 1/2 inches, but a huge 24 inches (way too big for any average Navy sailor!)Also: I only received ONE hat, not the 2pak listed on your site!It is not even worth the time and effort of returning this single, shipped hat, which is like a piece of a quickly-made Halloween costume, designed to be worn once, and then thrown away!A piece of junk.

This would be fine for people with big heads, but it covers my eyes when I put it on.

These are typical cotton. They worked great with fabric paint. Too bad they are way too big for my preschoolers.

Great use for spirit week. They were on the small side.

Product of exactly as described. Not the best quality, but you get what u paid for. Considering this is just for 1 night, it will work. Price was appropriate for the quality of hat.
