I really liked them, I've had them for a while, still working!
The MSI Immerse GH20 Wired Gaming Headset is a comfortable and lightweight option for gamers. It’s easy to wear for long periods, thanks to its soft ear cups, which are also friendly for people who wear glasses. The headset has simple volume controls and a clear microphone, making it easy to talk to friends while gaming. It provides good sound, so you can enjoy all the details in your games. Overall, the MSI Immerse GH20 is a great choice if you want a comfy and reliable gaming headset.

Great gaming headphones
I like this product overall and use it while gaming on my computer. The microphone quality is good, and the speaker quality is great. I like the functions being able to mute, stereo option, and volume control. Only function that has not seemed to have much effect is the bass booster. Overall I really like them as rhey are comfortable for my big head which makes it hard to find good ones sometimes. It also folds up to make storing easy. I would definitely recommend if looking for good quality headphones at a decent price.

Good value for the price
Product tested: MSI Immerse GH30 V2 Product tested using: Steam Deck (Linux OS), Acer Predator laptop-Windows 10, Custom PC-Windows 10 with AE-7 Sound Blaster sound card & Sound Blaster Command software. Sound sampled: video games, Twitch Streaming, Pandora music app. Price at time of review: $23.36 (purchased on sale/discount) * Microphone was not tested Initial impression: Headphones are sleek styled and lightweight. Hinges fold too easy presenting a possible future defect from normal use. Cord is braided with adequate length, is not removable from headset, and contains a microphone on/off switch and sound volume dial. COMFORT & FIT As mentioned, headphones are light, good for long sessions. Headband width is on the large size. I wore these headphones on the smallest setting, and they were a bit loose. For reference, I wear a S/M Flex fit hat. These headphones should be well suited for people with larger heads. Earpads are comfortable and light but do create some heat/sweat as is common with the pleather material. Ears fit inside the pad without issue. SOUND QUALITY Outstanding at the sale/discount price. Standard at the normal sales price. These headphones are rated at 32 OHMs resistance which do not require an amplifier, however, I tested these with and without an amplifier. Without the amplifier, the sound was clear, but treble is muddled if compared to an audiophile type headphone. Bass & treble is decent during gaming on a Steam Deck and Acer Predator laptop. The volume is more than loud enough without an amplifier. With an amplifier, these headphones can be pushed but do distort. Clarity and bass are improved with EQ software. These are closed-back headphones; however, I could still hear the environment around me with relative ease. For example, during the day, I could hear family members’ conversations (normal conversational tones) in the same room. At night, a fan on and television on low levels could not be clearly heard. Overall, I’m a fan of MSI products and these are no exception; however, only at the discounted price. At regular price I would not purchase these. Comfort I rate above standard, sound at standard and above standard with EQ software. Build quality I rate as standard, however, if the hinges develop a defect, I will reduce the rate to below standard. If you can purchase these for around the $20 price, do it. If not, wait for a sale or shop for a different product. Initial rating: four out of five stars.

Excellent quality, worth the upgrade cost.
I didn't realize these shipped from Japan, but they got here super fast. The quality rivals the Razer headphones I've had in the past, and they are way better than anything you can get with a Prime Day discount with an off-brand Amazon name. MSI is what I buy for my gaming computers and laptops, so I thought I'd take a chance on the headphones. I am very impressed by the very fine case, and the headphones themselves are phenomenal. I may not go back to Razer.

Great headset
Great headset Likes 1. They are light, I have had them on for hours without discomfort. 2. These fit very snug over the ears, they are not noise canceling but with them on and a moderate volume level I can't hear my phone ring from 3 feet away. 3. Sound quality is excellent, they have great bass and with the Dragon Center software you can download, you have multiple options to fine-tune the sound to your liking. 4. The surround sound is quite good, not Dolby Atmos good but even being used to having Atmos I did not find it difficult to adjust to these. 5 They look really good. You have RGB lighting on the outside of the speaker housing with the MSI logo. When I first got them there was no way to adjust the lighting and it just cycled through the color options but they have updated their Dragon Center and added multiple lighting options for the RGB. Dislikes 1. The only complaint I have is the Dragon Center software. The program can be quite buggy and at one point when using it the software glitched and made the headset sound terrible. It was so bad that I almost packed them back in the box and sent them back. I decided to reboot my computer which cleared the software glitch and they have been great ever since. I do wish they were Atmos compatible but this in no way has stopped my enjoyment using them.

REVIEW AFTER 8 MONTHS OF USAGE
This headset is my very first gaming headset I have ever owned and it has been somewhat of an agitating experience . The actual headset is really great. the sound quality is awesome, especially after setting up my device with nahimic on my laptop. Noise cancelling is pretty nice as well, I hardly ever hear what is going around in my house when I am using these. HOWEVER, and this is a major flaw of this headset, the mic is just horrendous. It just never works for more than 30 minutes of gameplay/audio calls. Don't get me wrong, the mic audio is great, from what I can hear on nahimic and from what friends have told me when it is working. But when IT ISNT WORKING, all it does is become a static catastrophe. So many times I would lightly touch it by accident and it just begins screeching in my team's ears while playing a game and become such a nuisance for all of my gameplay. I sit and toggle with the mic for 2 to 5 minutes trying to maneuver it in the right position to HOPE it works, which sometimes it does or I just become too impatient with it and just switch to my regular earbuds. It may just be my experience though, as I don't know if the audio jack is damaged at all or its just the most sensitive mic I've ever had. In either case, this mic has been such a pain ever since buying it. If you aren't planning on needing a mic and just looking for gaming HEADPHONES with good sound quality and noise cancellation, this one is pretty good. But if you are in it for the mic, please be advised and look elsewhere.

Best bang for your buck
I'm not the biggest gamer in the world but after drinking a few beers my cousins convinced me to buy the newest COD and play online with them. I was using iPhone headphones and boy it was horrible. I bought these headphones since I had actually heard of MSI before and wanted something with a name to back the product. I was extremely happy to find great sound quality and received no complaints about the mic volume or clarity. Great wire length and volume adjustment. The mute switch is great and easy to find without looking when trying to not to die choking on your favorite beverage. I will say the retention isn't the best and if you have a small head these may be too loose. If you have a meat head like me these are great. Overall killer headset for the price. Definitely great for your tempered teen that breaks headsets every month or the dad who plays every now and then with with boys when the wife wants "peace and quiet" with no kids (Dad included)

Dont waste your time
Review Update: You will get better, you will get worse. At this price point, this is an OK device. That being said, the plastic that goes over the head to hold the device together feels cheap and it will make an annoying sound if impacted even slightly, which sound bad when worn. The self adjusting strap also feels a bit loose. The microphone is the absolute worse thing I have ever experienced. I have tried multiple y-splitters to get this connected to both xbox and ps4 and it makes a loud static sound in all. Now the speakers are decent but I need a headset not speakers. Do not recommend. Edit: spelling
