Can you do glute ham raise exercise on this machine?

Hi, it would be difficult to do that exercise on that unit because the positioning of the unit.

whats the difference between this and where you're cantilevered horizontally?

I am not sure but from the difference in the geometry I think that the horizontal cantilever would be more difficult.

Do the rollers need to be tighten and loosen for storing away?

No it stores very easily. Highly recommend this one...great design for the price.

Is the calf support padding removable?
