Mr Volcano ITC-100HT (1 Pint) | High Temperature Ceramic Coating Radiant Heat IR Reflector Refractory ITC 100 HT Hero Forge ITC100

I use ITC's HT-100 to line the inside of forges and heat treating ovens. It works great. It strengthens ceramic wool, but can be applied to any suitable substrate (firebrick, mizzou, or other refractory) and reflects heat back into the space being heated. It is best applied with a sandblast nozzle, but can be brushed on. The mixture settles very quickly, so you need to keep it stirred if using a brush.

My first one came with the lid broken and all over the inside of the packaging. Called Amazon Customer Service and got a new one in a couple days. Excellent customer service.As for the ITC-100 itself, it cut the time it took my forge to heat up by half. My forge is very hot now. Easily gets to welding heat. I own a Mr. Volcano forge.

It's good quality and worked great. My only issue was this was previously wet so it's a hard block that has to be wet and loosened before use.

It did not Crack with the silver that was being pour out it work very well I will be buying more of it

After applying a couple layers and letting dry and repeating a couple times the end results came out as they should. I can breathe easy knowing my lungs are safe.

A must for ceramic blanket coating. Use a rigidizer first then coat with ITC-100. Your forge will heat up faster.

Didn’t nothing that was advertised. It didn’t make my forge any hotter! and cracked pretty quickly and then it all crumbled away! I wish I could get a refund but I’m sure they would do anything about it I’ll never buy anything from that company again!

Used this to coat my re-lined forge. Started with kaowool then 1 inch of Kast-o-lite 3000. After curing I coated with 5 layers of ITC-100. I have reached temperatures close to 2500 degrees F. If you forge weld, and you can't get your forge hot enough, try this. It really does are a difference.
