Avoid this product. Worked pretty good for about a month and then ended a complete mess. The concept is pretty nice because you quickly measure teaspoons, tablespoons and incremental units. But the time saved doing quick measurements will be completely overrun in just a few weeks when you end up doing a major clean-up on your counter or stove top. Spend the time doing your own measurement in a measuring spoon, rather than a major cleanup. There are two squeeze pads on the side of the bottle which change the pressure within the jar to pull the oil into the measurement and pouring cup. After only a few weeks, the squeeze pad popped loose during pouring and I had oil everywhere. Additionally, the plastic measuring cup at the top developed a crack itself. The bottle was never dropped or tipped over. The product quality here is teriible. Do not buy!

I was able to successfully use this product for a few months. Over time it began to leak but I attributed it to the fact that my oil level was low and I needed to tile further to pour out my measured amount. When it was time to refill, it appears that the threading in the plastic top is broken. This is where it attaches to the glass bottom. Without the threading intact, you cannot get a good deal and therefore can't create proper suction to dispense the oil.

I don't know if I got a defective unit, or what. But this thing was awful. I bought this because my boyfriend has a similar one that I love, so I was really excited to get this. But it just didn't work. Most of the time there wasn't even enough suction to get the oil into the container on top. And when there was oil would leak EVERYWHERE. Seriously. This thing was constantly oily. The rubber "buttons" you press to get the oil up felt super cheap and would pop off constantly. I am returning this item and buying a different brand.The only positive I have is that I like that the bottom part is glass. My boyfriend said his has a glass straw and top too, so I'll probably look for one with better quality like that. Not worth the $17.

We give my dog a liquid supplement twice a day. You have to shake it up which means the liquid gets in the cap and runs down the side of the bottle when you put it back on. Then of course, you have to wash the measuring spoon every time you use it. Call me lazy, but I wanted to find an easier way. Found it! Shake, squeeze, pour, done. The measurements are accurate and there is absolutely no mess to clean up. Couldn't be happier.

It's cumbersome to use for small arthritic hands. Not as messy as common dispensers.

Best idea ever! I cook with olive oil all the time from breakfast to dinner. This measurer is terrific and is such a help. Real glass bottom and plastic top construction. The only con is that its a little larger than I expected, so more like a liter water bottle size than a regular 12-16oz one.

This woks fairly well. I chopped up some garlic and added olive oil. So now I have garlic flavored olive oil anytime I want it

Worked great at first, now it's a leaky mess :(
